By accessing or using TwindUp.com and the TwindUp platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Service
TwindUp provides a spatial operations platform that creates 3D digital twins of physical facilities, integrating cameras, sensors, access control, and building management systems into a unified view. Access to the platform is provided through subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations, and the accuracy of data you upload to the platform.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or generate within the TwindUp platform. We do not claim any ownership rights to your facility data, asset information, telemetry data, or any other content you create within your workspace.
Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) are available for Professional and Enterprise plan subscribers and are detailed in your subscription agreement.
Limitation of Liability
TwindUp is provided as a facility operations tool and should not be used as the sole basis for life-safety decisions. While we strive for accuracy in data presentation, you should verify critical information through independent means.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
